Terms & Conditions

By downloading, accessing or using the SpoRush app or web portal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The service is operated by TZAP MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. If you do not agree, please do not use SpoRush.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SpoRush. Where local law requires it, users under 18 need consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device, sign-in method and OTP codes secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting is a breach of these Terms.

SpoRush offers skill-based cricket predictions, live scores, leaderboards, referrals, an AI assistant and a rewards marketplace. Outcomes depend on your cricket knowledge and judgement.

SpoRush is not gambling, not a casino and not a real-money betting service. We make no promise of winnings, rewards or ranking.

• KP, DRP, SP and similar balances are virtual in-app units licensed to you for use inside SpoRush. You do not own them as property.
• They have no guaranteed cash value and are not redeemable for money unless a specific reward expressly states otherwise.
• We may modify the points economy — earn rates, conversion rules, reward pricing and expiry — with reasonable notice in-app.
• Balances obtained through fraud, exploits, bots or Terms violations may be reversed or voided, and the account suspended.

• Each prediction has a lock time. After lock, entries cannot be changed or withdrawn.
• Stake amounts, point costs and payouts are shown before you confirm.
• Settlement is based on official match data from our licensed data providers. Where a provider corrects a result, we may re-settle accordingly.
• Abandoned, cancelled, tied or rescheduled matches are handled per the rules shown in-app; where no outcome is possible, stakes are generally returned.
• Disputes are reviewed by SpoRush and resolved reasonably and in good faith; our decision is final for in-app point matters.

• Redeeming a reward deducts the stated points at confirmation. Confirm your delivery details carefully — redemptions are generally non-reversible once processed.
• Delivery timelines shown are estimates and depend on partners, stock and your location.
• If an item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel the order and restore the deducted points.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported through Contact Us within the window shown in-app so we can arrange replacement or reversal.
• Rewards and vouchers may not be resold, transferred or exchanged for cash outside the rules published on the platform.

Referral rewards require genuine new users who meet the activity conditions disclosed in-app. Self-referrals, duplicate devices, fake numbers, incentivised spam and other manipulation are prohibited and void all associated bonuses.

Ask AI provides informational insights generated from statistics and public match data. It is not advice, not a guarantee of any outcome, and is not betting or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the predictions you make.

• No bots, scripts, automation, emulators or scraping of the service or its APIs.
• No multiple accounts, identity misrepresentation or collusion.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to breach platform security.
• No harassment, hate speech, obscene content or impersonation in profiles, feedback or any user-generated content.
• No illegal activity, money laundering, or use of SpoRush where it is prohibited by local law.

The SpoRush name, logo, app, website, design, code, and all content other than third-party match data remain the property of TZAP MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Match data is provided by third-party providers and remains theirs.

We may suspend or terminate an account, withhold rewards, or reverse balances where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where fraud or abuse is detected, or where required by law. Where appropriate we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond.

You may delete your account in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by writing to info@sporush.com. Once a valid request is verified, your personal account data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep. Unredeemed points and rewards are forfeited on deletion.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that scores, statistics or AI outputs are error-free, uninterrupted or complete, as match data originates from third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpoRush and TZAP MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost points, lost opportunity or lost profits. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TZAP MARKETING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees and partners against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes are notified in-app or by email, and the “Last updated” date is revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
